The Selling Advisor builds client relationships through elevated selling, personal engagement, and exceptional customer service. This onsite role provides styling and product guidance to in-store and digital clients while working toward individual sales and client development goals.
Responsibilities- Deliver expert styling, fashion, and brand knowledge to clients.
- Use digital tools, social media, and store technology to connect with clients and support sales.
- Achieve personal sales, conversion, and wardrobing goals through outreach and business planning.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive work environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in styling, fashion, or fashion retail.
- Experience with technology and digital selling tools.
- Commission sales experience and a flexible work schedule.
