Summary
The Selling Advisor builds client relationships through elevated selling, personal engagement, and exceptional service. This onsite role serves clients in person and digitally, offering expert styling and fashion guidance while pursuing sales and client conversion goals.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer-centric service and demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge.
- Use selling tools, digital technology, social media, and omnichannel inventory to serve clients.
- Achieve personal sales, client conversion, and wardrobing goals.
- Grow individual business through client outreach, wardrobing, and technology use.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive work environment.
Requirements
- Fashion, styling, and fashion retail experience.
- Experience selling to clients using digital tools and technology.
- Commission sales experience.
- Ability to set and achieve sales goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Flexible work schedule.
