Role
Customer-focused Account Specialist responsible for executing territory-specific sales strategies to drive product adoption and support commercialization in CNS or specialty pharmaceuticals.
Responsibilities- Developing strong healthcare provider relationships, navigating complex patient pathways, supporting product launches, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Market Access and Medical to optimize outcomes.
- 5+ years of direct sales experience in CNS or specialty meds
- deep understanding of prescriber dynamics
- experience with product launches and formulary access strategies.
- familiarity with hospital systems
- specialty pharmacy models
- demonstrated consistent quota attainment.
- CNS or specialty therapeutic areas
- product launch phase
- experience with complex patient pathways
- hospital and institutional account engagement
- biopharma sales in a rapidly evolving market.
- field-based roles across multiple territories within Illinois and Wisconsin
- likely involving regular travel.
