Regional Sales Manager leading a cross‑functional team to drive sales growth across Solta Medical's aesthetic portfolio, focusing on capital equipment and consumables.
Responsibilities- develop and implement regional sales strategies
- lead and develop sales teams
- foster high performance
- coordinate with marketing and clinical teams to maximize brand engagement and procedural volume
- ensure operational excellence with compliance and efficient resource management
- Bachelor’s degree (advanced degrees or certifications preferred)
- at least 7 years of sales experience in aesthetics or medical devices
- with 2+ years in leadership roles managing sales teams
- proven success in capital and consumable sales
- strong business acumen and relationships with aesthetic professionals
- proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
- willingness to travel up to 75%
- established aesthetic professional relationships
