Territory Manager responsible for launching and expanding Mineralys' first commercial product for hypertension, focusing on patient outcomes and product adoption within an assigned territory.
Responsibilities- develop and execute a territory business plan, build relationships with healthcare providers, educate on the product (aldosterone synthase inhibitor), and meet sales targets
- collaborate with cross-functional teams including reimbursement and marketing
- analyze market trends and optimize customer engagement strategies
- ensure compliance with industry regulations
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech sales experience, preferably in cardiometabolic or specialty pharma, with prior launch experience
- strong clinical and scientific communication skills
- proven sales achievement record
- valid driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 60%
- launch of a novel biologic/small molecule treatment for hypertension, targeting CKD and OSA
- emphasis on customer engagement, compliance, and cross-functional collaboration
- remote work setup
- regionally focused with significant travel
fully remote with up to 60% travel within territory.
