Citi The Global Solution Sales specialist is an experienced individual contributor responsible for driving sales origination, pipeline development, and revenue conversion across an integrated portfolio of Treasury and Trade Solutions (TTS) and Investor Services products.

This role serves as a trusted advisor to Insurance and Asset Management clients, delivering tailored, multi-product solutions that span the full transaction banking and securities lifecycle. The incumbent will leverage deep subject matter expertise in cash management, working capital, trade financing, global custody, fund services, and execution services products to expand wallet share within existing relationships and originate new mandates.

The specialist operates with strategic autonomy, collaborating laterally with Relationship Managers, Product Management, Implementation, and Risk/Control partners to execute complex sales strategies without direct people-management responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities Originate and Execute Sales:
Lead the end-to-end sales cycle for designated target clients, identifying opportunities, structuring competitive proposals, pitching, and negotiating mandates to achieve revenue growth targets.

Client Acquisition & Wallet Penetration:
Proactively acquire new client relationships while increasing product penetration across existing relationships.

RFP & Deal Structuring:
Lead complex Request for Proposal (RFP) processes, structuring bespoke technical solutions that integrate cash, trade, custody, and fund service capabilities into compelling client value propositions.

Pipeline Management:
Maintain a high-quality sales pipeline, accurately forecasting deal velocity, conversion rates, and revenue impact.

Integrated Product Delivery:
Deliver expert consultative sales coverage spanning both Cash Management and Investor Services products.

Regulatory Compliance:
Maintain full compliance with internal policies, external regulatory requirements, and local/cross-border market standards.

Ethics & Culture:
Champion a culture of responsible finance, ethics, transparency, and reputation management, adhering strictly to the firm’s Code of Conduct.

Recommended Qualifications & Experience

Experience:

10–15+ years of transaction banking, securities services, or institutional financial services sales experience.

Sales Track Record:
Demonstrated history of originating, negotiating, and driving strategic wins with complex Asset Management and Insurance Clients.

Communication & Negotiation:
Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex technical and commercial concepts to C-suite decision-makers.

Analytical & Solution Design:
Strong capability to synthesize client operational workflows and balance sheet requirements into cohesive technical and commercial solutions.

Skills:

Proven ability to navigate complex client organizations and build enduring relationships with key decision makers.

Education Required:
