Summary
Guide and inspire customers through a welcoming, engaging shopping experience in store and online. Build lasting client relationships through gracious service, styling interest, and product knowledge.
Responsibilities- Create an easy, seamless, and enjoyable in-store and online customer experience.
- Build customer relationships and drive sales by using technology effectively.
- Share information about loyalty programs and support customers throughout their shopping experience.
- Participate in merchandising and operational tasks, including fulfillment, floor upkeep, and fitting room maintenance.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to read and interpret instructional and procedural documents.
- Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use computers and register equipment, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
