Our reps average $800–$1,500+ a week, and top performers earn $60K–$100K+ in their first year.

What You’ll Be Doing Chicago homeowners have the legal right to choose their energy supplier. You’ll help them understand their options and make an informed choice.
- Meet homeowners face-to-face in assigned Chicago neighborhoods
- Explain the program clearly, accurately, and honestly
- Enroll customers yourself, with no handing deals off to a closer
- Represent MPower Direct professionally in every conversation
- Train daily and work toward individual and team goals

What We’re Looking For
- Experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, inside sales, or logistics, or none at all

- Interest in building a long‑term career in sales
Qualifications:
- No degree or sales experience required
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
