Sales Development Representative; SDR

We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. This role focuses on identifying potential customers, generating qualified leads, and building a strong sales pipeline. Freshers and experienced candidates alike are welcome.

• Identify and research potential customers through online platforms and industry research.
• Generate qualified leads via email outreach, phone calls, Linked In, and other channels.
• Contact prospects to understand their business needs and introduce relevant products or services.
• Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate lead information and sales activities in CRM software.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to achieve lead generation and revenue targets.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
• 0-5 years of relevant experience or fresh graduate status.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic understanding of CRM tools and sales processes.
• Ability to conduct prospect research and manage time effectively.

• Familiarity with Salesforce, Hub Spot, or Zoho CRM.
• Experience with cold calling, email outreach, and Linked In prospecting.
• Negotiation and interpersonal skills.
