You will:

  • Organize and facilitate weekly pipeline reviews, pursuit-planning sessions, monthly account reviews, and quarterly business reviews.
  • Manage the proposal and request-for-proposal workflow, including timelines, stakeholder coordination, version control, approvals, and submission deadlines.
  • Prepare pipeline forecasts, sales reporting, dashboards, and win-loss analyses for the Senior Sales Director and practice leadership.
  • Track committed capacity across topic owners, account owners, technical specialists, and other contributors supporting commercial activities.
  • Monitor and report relationship coverage, client-contact cadence, account activity, and pipeline progress.
  • Identify gaps, risks, and stalled opportunities and work with account and opportunity owners to establish appropriate follow-up actions.
  • Organize and maintain proposal materials, account information, sales documentation, and other commercial resources in an organized and accessible format.
  • Support continuous improvement of sales processes, reporting standards, tools, and operating practices.
  • Provide client, market, and competitive insights to support account planning and commercial decision making.

  • Demonstrated experience supporting complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales processes, including strategic account planning, opportunity management, pipeline management, forecasting, and sales reporting.
  • Experience coordinating proposals and RFPs, managing multiple contributors, timelines, approvals and deadlines in a complex sales environment.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills, with the ability to translate commercial priorities and sales data into clear ownership, actions, timelines, forecasts, and executive-level reporting.
  • Proven ability to influence and coordinate senior stakeholders without formal authority, build effective cross-functional relationships, and communicate clearly across sales, consulting, product, technology, and leadership teams.
