Commission-Based Sales Representative

Commission only — uncapped + recurring Remote Flexible hours

Funnls is a conversion architecture studio. We've been building high-converting small business websites since 2010 — over 500 sites launched. Our offer is sharp, our pricing is transparent, and the product genuinely works.

We're looking for a self-starting sales rep who can build their own pipeline — prospect, open doors, and create opportunities — on top of the warm inbound leads we supply. You'll own a book of business and earn uncapped commission plus monthly recurring on every account that stays subscribed.

No salary. No quota theater. Real economics: a meaningful percentage of every deal, paid monthly for the life of the client.

• Uncapped commission — get paid on every sale you close
• Recurring commission on every month the client stays subscribed
• Warm inbound leads supplied, but you're expected to create your own pipeline too
• Sell a product that's been refined over 15 years and 500+ launched sites
• Set your own schedule — full-time or side income

• You're a hunter — you can prospect, open doors, and build pipeline from scratch
• You've sold to small business owners before (services, SaaS, web, marketing)
• You're comfortable on the phone and in writing — short, direct, no fluff
• You can self-manage your pipeline without daily check-ins
• You want uncapped, recurring upside instead of a salary cap
