- Own the full sales cycle, from sourcing and first contact to demos, negotiation, and onboarding
- Build partnerships with funds, family offices, and wealth managers
- Report directly to the founder and maintain a clean CRM pipeline
- 3+ Years of experience in Business Development, Institutional Sales, IR, or Wealth Management
- Experience in crypto, investment funds, financial services, or fintech
- A track record of closing large deals
- English B2+
- Будет плюсом: an established network among HNWI or family offices in Europe
- Flexible hours
- Full-time or part-time
- Commission-based compensation with no cap
- Direct access to the founder, fast decisions, and minimal bureaucracy
