Publications Management Project Coordinator; Public Service Administrator OPT

The Illinois Department of Revenue seeks a Publications Management Project Coordinator to coordinate communications projects involving electronic, multimedia, and printed content for tax-related topics. The role involves liaising with IDOR representatives to develop effective communication of technical content, staying current with technical publishing requirements, and ensuring successful implementation. This position requires extensive experience in accounting and finance organizations combined with professional written and multimedia communications skills and familiarity with Illinois tax laws.

• Four years of college preferably in business administration, accounting, tax accounting, or tax law
• Three years of progressively responsible administrative experience in accounting or finance work
• Three years of professional experience creating and editing written documents and web content for public audiences using plain language
• Three years of professional experience with Adobe InDesign, Acrobat Pro, or similar software for publishing materials
• Three years of professional experience with project management including prioritizing assignments and meeting deadlines
• Three years of professional experience collaborating with diverse groups on complex projects
