EMOR AI builds and runs the websites, marketing and AI systems that local and service businesses run on. We are growing the sales team and hiring appointment setters who can reach business owners and keep our closers' calendars full.

You find business owners who need what we build, reach them by phone, email and social, qualify them and book them on a closer's calendar. You are the first person a prospect talks to at EMOR AI. You will learn what we build and why it matters to an owner, so every call is a real conversation with someone who runs a business.

• Research and identify potential B2B prospects across target industries
• Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, Linked In, and social channels
• Qualify prospects based on business size, needs, and decision-making authority
• Explain what EMOR AI builds and why it matters to the owner
• Schedule and confirm calls between qualified prospects and sales representatives
• Maintain accurate records of all outreach activity and prospect status in CRM
• Follow up with no-shows and reschedule as needed
• Collaborate with sales reps to ensure smooth handoff and context transfer

• Experience in outbound prospecting, cold calling, or appointment setting (B2B preferred)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable initiating conversations with business owners and executives
• Organized and disciplined, able to manage a daily outreach cadence independently
• Familiar with CRM tools and pipeline tracking
• Resilient and driven by results
• Self-starter who doesn't need daily oversight to stay productive
• Genuinely curious about AI, technology, and business operations

• People who are uncomfortable with cold outreach or initiating contact
• Those who need a guaranteed hourly wage or base salary to stay motivated
• Individuals who prefer inbound-only or warm-lead environments
• People who are not comfortable working independently without constant direction
