Din Dayal And Sons is an established Delhi-based trading firm supplying popcorn maize in 30 kg bulk bags to cinemas, snack manufacturers and wholesalers, and expanding into small consumer packs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Bulk sales (main focus): sell 30 kg popcorn bags to cinemas, snack makers, QSRs, wholesalers and distributors
- Win new bulk buyers and grow volumes with existing accounts
- Negotiate prices, volumes and credit terms
- Small packs: build distribution through distributors, retail, modern trade and e-commerce
- Lead and train the sales team and set their monthly targets
- Make sure payments are collected on time
- Submit weekly sales reports and monthly forecasts
- Graduate; MBA preferred
- 510 years of B2B sales in popcorn, maize, snacks, food commodities or FMCG
- At least 2 years leading a team
- Existing network of bulk buyers in Delhi NCR or North India
- Strong negotiation and collection skills; comfortable with Excel and Tally
- Willing to travel
- Competitive salary
