Manager, Sales Operations & Analytics

Role:
Manager of Sales Operations supporting Arrowhead's late-stage cardiometabolic therapeutic, Redemplo (FDA-approved for FCS, in late-stage for SHTG), contributing to commercial strategy execution.

• develop and implement sales targets, target setting, incentive compensation plans, and optimize CRM and sales data infrastructure
• support field alignment, territory mapping, and resource allocation
• build and improve operational processes
• generate business insights by tracking KPIs
• coordinate vendor and fleet management
• collaborate with sales, marketing, and IT teams

• Bachelor's in business or life sciences
• 5+ years in sales, analytics, or sales operations within biopharma or related fields
• experience building processes and systems in dynamic environments
• strong data and analytical skills
• organizational aptitude
• willingness to travel up to 20%

• biotech/pharma experience, especially in cardiometabolic diseases
• consulting background beneficial

• therapeutic area focus on cardiometabolic indications
• late-stage product development
• emphasis on data infrastructure, process design, and strategic sales support

remote with travel as needed.
