The Salesperson role is fully remote with a free schedule. This is a commission based position paying $2000 per sale.

This role is responsible for engaging prospective clients, explaining A Friendly Shoulder programs and services, and guiding individuals and couples toward offerings that best support their wellness and relationship goals. Day to day tasks include responding to inquiries, conducting phone and video consultations, managing a pipeline of leads, and completing enrollments for retreats, workshops, and programs. The Salesperson will collaborate with the wellness and operations teams to ensure a seamless client experience, maintain accurate records in CRM or sales systems, and meet or exceed sales and outreach targets.

This role also involves participating in online events, networking activities, and community partnerships to increase awareness of A Friendly Shoulder services.

• Strong consultative and relationship based sales abilities, including experience guiding clients through service options and closing enrollment or program sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen actively, convey complex information clearly, and build trust with diverse individuals and couples.
• Customer service and client support skills, including empathy, patience, and professionalism when handling sensitive wellness and relationship topics.
• Organizational and administrative skills, such as managing a sales pipeline, maintaining accurate records, and using CRM or similar tools effectively.
• Basic marketing and outreach skills, including collaborating on promotions, participating in online events, and representing the organization in community settings.
• Demonstrated interest in wellness, mental health, coaching, or relationship focused services. Prior experience in these areas is a plus.
• Ability to work fully remote on a free schedule, manage your own time, stay self motivated, and collaborate effectively with the team.
• High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional education in business, communications, psychology, social work, or related fields is beneficial.
• Comfort working with confidential information and adherence to ethical and nondiscriminatory practices in all client interactions.
