Part time/Event based/Weekend- ONLY
The Event Usher is responsible for providing a high level of customer service to the attending guests at our Chicago land venues.
Locations
- Multiple venue locations within city & suburb limits;
ARIE CROWN THEATER
ALLSTATE ARENA (ROSEMONT, IL)
LINCOLN PARK ZOO
ROSEMONT THEATRE (ROSEMONT, IL)
SEAT GEEK STADIUM (BRIDGEVIEW, IL)
SOLDIER FIELD
NORTHERLY ISLAND
NOTRE DAME STADIUM (SOUTHBEND, IN- transportation provided)
WINTRUST ARENA
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years or older
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Must be able to stand for a minimum of (5) hours
- Preferred candidates will have experience in guest service, hospitality industries that worked with the general public
** Please note this is an unlicensed position that does not require a PERC card. This is not a security position. All security positions require a PERC card. If you are selected to participate in the company sponsored Security Training Program your supervisor will contact you and inform you of next steps. Please be aware that until you successfully complete the Security Program, you are ineligible to work in any security capacity.

- Guest service representatives may work one of the following but not limited to; ticket taker, usher, directional staff, elevator/escalator greeter, premium seat representative.
- Conservative hairstyle, well-groomed facial hair (males), no facial piercings, no visible tattoos.
- All sites consist of outdoor post that involve inclement weather conditions
- With or without reasonable accommodation, the physical and mental requirements of this job may include the following: seeing, hearing, speaking, and writing clearly. Occasional reaching with hands and arms, stooping, kneeling, crouching and crawling. Frequent sitting, standing and walking, which may be required for long periods of time, and may involve climbing stairs and walking up inclines and on uneven terrain.
Additional physical requirements may include, frequent lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds.
