As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help to deter security‑related incidents while being a visible presence throughout the property.

Your role will include conducting routine patrols, responding to situations as needed, and assisting individuals with a helpful and professional attitude. • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site‑specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security‑related procedures and site‑specific policies, including emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem‑solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and identify potential issues.
• Document observations and incidents according to Allied Universal protocols.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or potential threats within the location.
• Collaborate with property management and/or other personnel as needed to address security‑related concerns.

• Applicants must provide proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• Experience in customer service roles is preferred.
• Experience using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A valid Guard Card or license is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
