As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security‑related incidents and maintain a secure environment for tenants and visitors.

Fri 02:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Sat 02:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Sun 02:00 PM – 10:00 PM

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site‑specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security‑related procedures, following site‑specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the commercial real estate property and its perimeter, adapting to different working environments and conditions as required by the location.
• Observe and report any unusual or suspicious activities to assist in maintaining a secure environment.
• Collaborate with property management and Allied Universal team members to address security‑related concerns.
• Document incidents and daily activities according to company and site‑specific procedures.
• Assist visitors, tenants, and staff with inquiries and directions as needed.

• At least 1 year of security‑related experience is required.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
