Salary: $70,000 $ 75,000 + $500 Monthly Performance Bonus
Schedule: Full-Time | On-Site | No Travel Required

They are seeking a Facility Security Coordinator to oversee and ensure compliance with the company's cargo screening program in accordance with Transportation Security Administration (TSA) regulations for a Certified Cargo Screening Facility (CCSF). This is an excellent opportunity for a veteran or prior-enlisted service member with strong administrative and leadership experience.

• Ensure all cargo screeners and supervisors are properly trained and certified, maintaining full compliance with TSA requirements.
• Conduct written and electronic assessments of screening operations, documenting issues and resolutions.
• Review cargo screening logs daily to verify accuracy and consistency with airway bills.
• Oversee screening team activity to ensure compliance with visual examination limits and operational standards.
• Monitor CCTV footage of screening operations for compliance and quality assurance.
• Conduct weekly internal audits and unannounced inspections of Designated Screening Areas (DSA).
• Coordinate monthly independent audits and maintain comprehensive records for TSA review.
• Provide physical oversight of screening operations during any CCTV outages or system failures.

• Prior military service preferred (Non-Commissioned Officer or equivalent experience) or law enforcement

Exceptional communication and administrative skills.

Background in Quality Assurance, Safety, Auditing
, or Program Management (e.g., 3MC programs) strongly desired.

• Detail-oriented leader with a proactive, innovative mindset and strong problem-solving ability.

Monthly Bonus: $500 based on performance metrics
