Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, employees, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Complete daily security tours of MCBC spaces.
- Manage visitor registration, badge issuance, and access control procedures.
- Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and other communications.
- Monitor and manage access control systems, surveillance cameras, and alarm systems.
- Maintain logs and reports related to security incidents and access activity.
- Support emergency response procedures and drills.
- Assist with basic troubleshooting of security‑related systems.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least 1–3 years of experience in a professional/office setting security.
- CPR, AED, and First Aid certified.
- Strong security mindset with a customer‑service mentality.
- Strong understanding of physical security principles and ability to conduct security tours and monitor facility safety.
- Experience with front‑desk management and visitor assistance.
- Basic knowledge and troubleshooting of access control systems, surveillance cameras, alarm systems.
- Clear verbal and written communication with the ability to direct calls, emails, and other inquiries effectively.
- Ability to maintain logs and reports related to security incidents and access activity.
- Familiarity with emergency procedures and participation in drills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Build relationships and collaborate to achieve desired outcomes.

Salary Range: $41,000.00 – $53,900.00 (posting salary range).
