• Partner with store leadership to identify shortage risks and implement tailored prevention strategies

• Perform regular security audits to ensure compliance with physical security standards and company policies

• Strong investigative and analytical skills
• Ability to train and influence store teams
• Experience working with law enforcement and legal systems
• Knowledge of surveillance systems and reporting tools
• Strong communication and time management skills

• Previous experience in retail asset protection or loss prevention
• Familiarity with emergency preparedness and crisis response planning
• Proven ability to analyze incident trends and develop prevention strategies
