That’s why our team is looking to add a Principal Coordinator, Security Operations Specialist.

As a Principal Coordinator, Security Operations Specialist, you’ll carry out day‑to‑day activities in the Global Security Operation Center (GSOC). The GSOC is our 24/7 security and intelligence function that evaluates and reports on hazards and threats to the company including but not limited to natural disasters, terror attacks, civil unrest, workplace violence, facility intrusion, and others.

This position works rotating shifts that may include weekends, holidays, evenings, and overnight shifts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Care for incident intake and documentation by responding to incoming security concerns and documenting outcomes.
  • Address critical response communications, monitoring and responding to calls for service and information from security related technology systems, including but not limited to phone, email, and emergency mass notification tools.
  • Monitor a wide network of security alarms, cameras and various intelligence resources to identify and resolve physical security threats.
  • Synthesize large amounts of information quickly.
  • Create a comprehensive record of security‑related incidents.
  • Coordinate routine and critical incident communications.
  • Understand the proper use of security‑related tools and procedures.
  • Escalate to supervisors when appropriate.
  • Implement security and access control procedures.
  • Assist with physical security validations, database management, intelligence analysis and intelligence product development and delivery.
  • Provide physical security response support and monitoring specific to the facility where the SOC is located.
  • Support general security, first responder and law enforcement engagement.
Basic Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience in one or more of these fields: law enforcement, military, corporate security, business continuity, risk, emergency management or customer service.
  • At least 1 year of security operations experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or military experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in the security field.
  • 1+ year of experience with emergency communication operations.
  • 1+ year of experience with situational awareness tools (e.g., NC4, VCC).
