Pay Rate: $17.05 per hour
Schedule: Part-Time | Saturday & Sunday 2 PM - 10 PM
- ILLINOIS PERC CARD REQUIRED
- 20-HOUR SECURITY TRAINING CERTIFICATE REQUIRED
- LUXURY CONDO/HOA/RESIDENTIAL SECURITY EXPERIENCE PREFERRED
We are seeking an experienced and highly professional Unarmed Security Officer to provide security services at a luxury condo location in Downtown Chicago (River North area).
This position is ideal for a security professional who understands the unique expectations of luxury living and can maintain a polished, discreet, and customer-focused presence
.
The highest standards of professionalism, appearance, communication, and customer service are expected at all times.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Maintain a professional, visible, and discreet security presence
- Monitor the environment and identify potential security or safety concerns
- Observe and report suspicious activity, incidents, and policy violations
- Respond appropriately to security and emergency situations
- Provide professional and courteous assistance to customers and employees
- Follow all client and company security procedures and post orders
- Maintain awareness of customer and employee activity while providing exceptional service
- Complete accurate daily activity and incident reports
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling security-related matters
- Active Illinois PERC Card in good standing required
- 20-Hour Security Training Certificate required
- Previous luxury condo/HOA/residential security experience preferred
- Customer service experience strongly preferred
- Exceptional professional appearance and demeanor
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong situational awareness and attention to detail
- Ability to interact professionally with high-end clientele, employees, and management
- Ability to maintain discretion and professionalism
