Providing directions and general information to patients, visitors, and staff is essential, including assisting with mobility needs when necessary.
Qualifications & Skills- Minimum of 20 hours of training as outlined by the Illinois Department of Professional Regulation or certification as a Peace Officer in Illinois
- Valid Illinois driver’s license or commitment to obtain one within six months
- Covid vaccination required
- Preferred: 2 years of relevant experience
- Patrol and monitor assigned areas for safety concerns
- Investigate and document incidents and complaints
- Assist patients, visitors, and staff with directions and mobility needs
