Intermediate Solar Installer – Chicago, IL

• Install and seal roof attachments, racking systems, electronics, and solar panels.
• Ensure every project meets high standards of quality and safety.
• Read and interpret installation plans and manuals.
• Support and mentor entry-level installers.
• Troubleshoot minor installation issues and maintain organized job sites.
• Collaborate with electrical and mechanical teammates to deliver top-quality work.

• 1–3 years of residential solar or electrical installation experience.
• Strong understanding of racking, inverters, and wiring.
• Ability to read drawings and work safely at heights.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Competitive pay ($25–$35/hour) + performance bonuses
