Mega Security LTD is seeking a highly skilled and dependable Locksmith Field Technician to join our growing team in the Chicagoland area. This is a fullâtime, fieldâbased position ideal for professionals who are disciplined, detailâoriented, and take pride in their trade. Key Responsibilities- Perform residential and commercial locksmith services, including:
- Lockouts
- Rekeys (SC1, KW1, etc.)
- Hardware installation and repair
- Door work and door closer installation
- Respond to service calls throughout Chicagoland using a companyâprovided vehicle.
- Communicate clearly with customers, management and provide expertâlevel service.
- Maintain a high level of organization, timeliness, and professionalism at all times.
- Optional:
Assist with access control, safes, or surveillance systems if experienced.
Minimum 4 years of locksmith experience in residential, commercial, or automotive settings.
Proficient in rekeying, lockouts, and hardware installs.
Valid driverâs license with a clean driving record.
PERC Card required (or ability to obtain).
High school diploma or GED required.
Must be punctual, organized, and able to work independently without micromanagement.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience with access control or surveillance systems is a plus.
