• Troubleshoot and diagnose residential electrical problems accurately and efficiently
• Perform repairs consistent with and exceeding National Electrical Code standards
• Maintain a clean working area and a professional appearance
• Educate customers on appropriate upgrades that can be completed immediately
• Accurately estimate and invoice repairs and projects
• Document work completed with before and after photos
• Demonstrate safe working practices and methods
• Effectively communicate with all internal and external customers
• Maintain communication with dispatch, manager, parts, and installation teams
• Keep the company truck clean (inside and out) and inventory current
• Complete thorough evaluation of entire system and provide a summary upon completion
• Participate in training to grow and develop as a professional
• Deliver a 5‑star service experience to our clients and community

• Two (2) years of residential electrical service experience
• Exceptional technician: intuitive, hardworking, efficient, and willing to learn our customer service system
• Possess the necessary tools, knowledge, and drive to exceed industry standards
• Able to climb in and out of box trucks and vans, lift over 75 lbs, and work in both summer heat and winter cold
• Pass the federal background and drug screen; a clean driving record and a current driver’s license are required (please do not apply if any of these are issues)
