We are currently looking for Steam and Hot Water Boiler Service Technicians to join our team in the Chicago, IL area.

What You’ll Do
  • The Steam and Hot Water Boiler Service Technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of various types of steam and hot water boilers and associated systems
  • This role requires a strong understanding of boiler operation, safety protocols, and diagnostic techniques to ensure optimal performance and compliance
  • Lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions
  • Deliver consistent excellent customer service that always ensures a high level of customer satisfaction
What Makes YOU Great
  • Minimum of [5] years of experience servicing and repairing steam and hot water boilers
  • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or associate's degree in HVAC, mechanical, or a related field is a plus
  • Current and valid [relevant certifications, e.g., Boiler Operator's License, EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification, OSHA 10/30] are preferred
  • Responsible, organized, Excellent communication skills
  • Self-Starter, confident, conscientious
  • Interpret information for others, have strong interpersonal relationship skills
  • Your ability to provide excellent customer service and build customer relationships!
  • You can work alone or in a fast-paced team environment
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Additional Requirements
  • Must be able to successfully pass a drug test, background check & and motor vehicle check
