Field Service Technician; Data Centers

We are looking for an experienced HVAC Field Service Technician to join our client's team in the data center/HVAC industry.

This role involves commissioning and servicing advanced mission-critical, large-scale HVAC/cooling systems across national Data Center sites!

HVAC Field Service Technician

Chicago, IL-based (ideally near O’Hare area; ~85% travel across the U.S., 2 weeks on-site, home for a weekend, repeat schedule)

Direct Hire

All Travel Time and Expenses Covered (Overtime Available)

Pay based on experience

Base pay range: $35.00/hr - $43.00/hr

• Commission and service cooling equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC issues.
• Interpret blueprints and technical manuals.
• Ensure customer satisfaction.
• Travel to various client sites (all travel expenses and travel time covered).

• +5 years of industrial and/or commercial HVAC experience (preferably large-scale systems, within data centers and/or mission-critical environments)
• Strong electromechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Commissioning experience.
• Willingness to travel.
• High school diploma or equivalent; trade certification is a plus.
