This is a nationwide traveling role. We are seeking an industrial maintenance field service technician to become an integral part of our team! You will perform maintenance duties in the Industrial Automation Field, including but not limited to Automotive, Pharmaceutical, Aerospace, Ecommerce, Military Agriculture and Entertainment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electromechanical systems, PLC troubleshooting, and hydraulics/pneumatics. This position is crucial for maintaining and optimizing our industrial equipment and processes.

• Perform preventive maintenance on various industrial equipment and machinery
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues in industrial systems
• Repair and maintain PLC systems, including programming and troubleshooting
• Install, maintain, and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Read and interpret technical documents, including schematics, blueprints, and maintenance manuals
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests
• Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current with new technologies and best practices

• Knowledge of electromechanical systems, including motors, drives, and control circuits
• Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Familiarity with predictive and preventive maintenance techniques
• Ability to use various hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Willingness to work off‑shifts and overtime

• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
• Capable of standing, walking, and climbing for extended periods
• Comfortable working in various environmental conditions (heat, cold, noise, etc.)
• Ability to work in confined spaces and at heights
