* What You’ll Do:

*** Perform skilled maintenance and repair work across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance, and general building systems.
* Diagnose and resolve maintenance issues efficiently and independently.
* Prepare apartments for new residents and ensure property curb appeal.
* Maintain common areas and grounds, including seasonal upkeep.
* Respond to emergency maintenance calls with professionalism and urgency.
* Collaborate with vendors and property teams to ensure smooth operations.
** What You’ll Bring:
*** A strong background in property maintenance or related trades such as HVAC, electrical, or plumbing.
* Previous experience with appliance repairs and HVAC troubleshooting
* EPA Type II or Universal HVAC certification preferred.
* A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel between Madison and Sun Prairie.
* Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
* The ability to be part of an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.
