Bricklayer Foreman

Seeking a Bricklayer Foreman that will lead the masonry scope of work for commercial projects.

• Review project plans, blueprints, and specifications to determine materials, layout, and construction methods.
• Communicate daily progress and issues with the project manager or site superintendent.
• Inspect completed work to ensure it meets design specifications, building codes, and quality standards.
• Order, receive, and maintain inventory of bricks, mortar, and other masonry supplies.
• Ensure tools, scaffolding, and equipment are maintained and used properly.
• Minimize material waste and control job site cleanliness.

• 5+ years of experience as a bricklayer or mason, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of masonry techniques, materials, and construction drawings.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications.
• Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage crews of varying skill levels.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and job site safety practices.
• Physical stamina to work outdoors in varying conditions and lift heavy materials.
