Key Responsibilities:

• Install residential windows, doors, hardware, and trim
• Perform accurate framing, cutting, and material shaping
• Operate an aluminum brake for exterior trim work
• Read and follow blueprints and project specs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
• Follow all safety procedures and assist with general construction tasks

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of carpentry experience in residential construction or remodeling
• Proficiency with door and window systems, interior trim, and finish carpentry
• Comfortable using a wide range of hand and power tools
• Ability to follow technical drawings and measurements precisely
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
