Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 / hour

Description: The Apprentice will assist the Foreman with job site preparation, tool use, and cleanup while performing physically demanding roofing tasks in varied weather conditions. The role involves regional and national travel for extended periods, operation of a smartphone for communication, and a focus on growth or promotion into Journeyman or Foreman positions.

• Use of various hand and power tools (wrenches, pliers, snips, knives, caulking guns, etc.).
• Assist the Foreman with job site setup and maintenance, cleanliness, and management of tools and materials.
• Travel regionally and nationally up to 3–4 weeks at a time.
• Perform physically demanding roofing tasks in varied weather conditions.
• Operate a smartphone and communicate effectively via email;
  Spanish bilingual a plus.
• Full-time role with overtime opportunities.

• Prior roofing or related trade experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively.
• Ability to operate handheld technology such as tablets and/or smartphones.
