We are looking for a full‑time skilled tradesman with remodeling experience in drywall, painting, tile, flooring, carpentry, and mechanical work. The more skills you bring, the higher you may earn. Work ranges from a small patch or paint job to a complete home rebuild. All construction phases are covered; water mitigation is not included.

Pay range: $22–$32 per hour, plus a daily vehicle stipend for travel expenses. Six major holidays are paid, and you accrue paid time off as you work. Overtime is paid at 40% above regular pay after 40 hours, and double time after 60 hours. Advancement opportunities are available as the company grows.
