Your Responsibilities as a Lead Appliance Repair Technician :

As a Lead Appliance Repair Technician, you are crucial in delivering excellent customer service through high-quality maintenance services for our customers' appliances. Your primary responsibilities include :

• Diagnose and Repair :
  Identify and fix issues with home appliances and equipment.
• Provide Estimates :
  Offer accurate cost estimates for repairs.
• Customer Communication :
  Clearly explain the services needed to customers.
• Manage Parts :
  Order parts and ensure efficient use of company materials.
• Collect Payments :
  Handle payment collection for completed work.

• Exceptional Customer Service :
  You are the face of the company, delivering a great customer experience with empathy and professionalism.
• Problem Solving :
  Transition smoothly from diagnosis to solution, helping customers understand what needs to be done to resolve their issues quickly.
• Quality of Work :
  Use critical thinking skills to ensure the job is done right the first time, leading to customer satisfaction.

• Education :
  High school diploma or equivalent.
• Licensing :
  Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Experience :
  Previous experience of one year or more in appliance repair is a plus!

• Compensation : $26.00 to $33.00 per hour, based on experience, plus bonuses and commissions.
