Union HVAC Technician, where you'll play a critical role in maintaining and repairing complex HVAC and refrigeration systems in a large healthcare facility. This position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge equipment while ensuring optimal environmental conditions for patient care and facility operations. You'll be part of a dedicated team that exemplifies JLL's commitment to excellence in facility management, contributing directly to the success of our client partnership and the wellbeing of the communities we serve.
** What your day-to-day will look like:*
* • Troubleshoot and repair pneumatic, electric, and electronic HVAC controls and equipment using proper testing equipment
• Perform complete charging and start-up procedures for large chiller systems
• Diagnose and repair HVAC electrical components on chillers, rooftops, and fan units
• Rebuild and repair pumps and compressors to manufacturer specifications
• Work from technical drawings, manuals, and schematics to complete maintenance and repair tasks
• Investigate and remedy HVAC system problems and malfunctions independently
• Document all maintenance activities and ensure compliance with JLL and Rush policies

** 96,000.00 – 96,000.00 USD per year
