Field Service Technician

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chicago, IL, for a Field Service Technician. The Field Service Technician will be responsible for installing and repairing pools, spas, and fireplaces, while troubleshooting technical issues in a variety of residential and commercial settings. The role includes ensuring proper operation of equipment, performing routine maintenance, and delivering excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns.

This role requires travel to client locations and adherence to safety standards at all times.

• Proficiency in installation and maintenance of mechanical systems, including pools, spas, and fireplaces
• Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for identifying and resolving technical issues
• Familiarity with the use of hand tools and equipment relevant to the job
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with clients and team members
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• General understanding of safety protocols and the ability to comply with them
• Prior experience in a similar field is preferred but not mandatory
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications are a plus
