Remediation Restoration; Water​/Fire​/Mold Technician

Servpro is a leading remediation and restoration company that provides services to both residential and commercial clients.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Restoration Technician to join our team. Technicians will perform and support remediation and restoration services of fire damage, water damage, mold damage, storm damage, and commercial services. This can include demolition, cleaning, repairs, and other labor intensive activities.

• Respond promptly to emergency situations, including water damage, fire damage.
• Evaluate and perform restoration activities including but not limited to water extraction, fire damage cleanup, set-up of specialty equipment, containment setup, debris removal, and demolition.
• Assess and document damage, including moisture readings.
• Load, inventory, and maintain work vehicles with tools, equipment, and all necessary supplies for each project.
• Perform restoration and cleanup tasks, including water extraction, drying and site clean-up.
• Maintain and clean equipment to ensure proper functionality.

• You have previous restoration, handyman, or construction experience.
• You enjoy working with your hands and don’t mind getting dirty sometimes.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to work occasional on‑call shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• IICRC certification is a plus.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics).
• Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects.
• Ability to work with/around cleaning agents.

Compensation is highly competitive and will be based upon experience and ability. Opportunity for professional development and career advancement.

Compensation: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour
