• This is a 100% travel position.
• Install, maintain, and operate wired, wireless, fiber‑optic, and microwave telecommunications equipment and systems.
• Understand and implement Mas Tec Communications Group Health Safety and Environmental Policies.
• Implement industry standards (OSHA, TIA
  10‑48, NATE CTS, ANSI).
• Climb towers and ladders at various heights.
• Conduct erection of various tower types.
• Off‑load material and inventory.
• Prepare and clean sites.
• Install new carriers on new build and existing towers.
• Assist in tower erection using helicopters, cranes, and gin poles.
• Assist in assembly of the monopole, all weld and knock‑down self‑support and guyed towers.
• Assist in antenna installation of microwave parabolic 1 to 15‑foot, VHF, UHF, cellular, and FM broadcast antennas.
• Assist in transmission line and installation of foam/air dielectric coaxial, hardline, and elliptical waveguide.
• Assist in installation of all aspects of site foundations, grounding, and conduits, with electrical installations where applicable.
• Serve as a mentor to new less experienced technicians.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

• High School Degree.
• Minimum 4 years of tower experience.
• Ability to read, comprehend and carry out instructions per prints.
• Working knowledge of safety standards and regulations.
• Possession of PWSA certification is a plus.
• Must be able to climb towers, pick up 50 lbs., and work up to 12 hours.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.

Pay: $25–$30 per hour.
