Vienna Beef in Chicago, IL is seeking a Maintenance Technician to oversee the ammonia refrigeration system and related utility equipment. The role requires hands-on maintenance, PMs, and repairing compressors, condensers, evaporators, pumps, and vessels to ensure continuous production.
You will coordinate with contractors, follow safety policies, and assist in program compliance. A tradeHVAC-R diploma and ammonia operator credentials are preferred.
