Greystar is seeking a Service Technician in Chicago, IL, to handle routine maintenance, make-ready tasks, and timely repairs across its properties. The role requires diagnosing issues, sourcing parts, and documenting work orders while maintaining safety standards.
You will perform preventatives, attend safety trainings, and may assist with vendor coordination and property inspections. A valid driver’s license and EPA refrigerant certifications are required.
