MDS Staffing seeks a traveling field technician to test and maintain high-voltage substation equipment for utility and industrial customers across the Midwest. This home-based role covers Chicago area and surrounding states, with up to 100% travel.
You will test HV systems and switch gear, inspect transformers, and support commissioning on equipment up to 765 kV. Overtime and per diem are provided; a valid driver's license is required. NETA II–IV certification preferred.
