Niseko Black is seeking experienced Maintenance and Snow Clearing staff to join our dynamic team for the Winter 2026-27 season in Niseko.
You will perform routine inspections, repairs, snow clearing at Niseko Black owned properties, and assist with guest and staff transportation as needed. Strong teamwork, attention to detail, and a valid driver's license are required; a Japanese Working Holiday Visa is necessary for the winter season.
