The Broadway Youth Center, part of Howard Brown Health in Chicago, seeks a Youth Development Specialist to provide daily basic needs, outreach, and development programming for LGBTQ and street-based youth aged 12–24.
The role emphasizes trauma-informed, harm-reduction approaches, collaboration with partners, and timely documentation in HMIS/EHR to help youth access health, housing, education, and supportive services. Salary is $22.22/hour.
