An established and highly reputable insurance organization—specializing in providing coverage to attorneys against legal malpractice claims—is seeking a Senior .NET Developer to join their growing internal software team. This role offers the opportunity to lead the development of a brand‑new, greenfield application that will replace a legacy system critical to the organization’s core operations.

In this position, you’ll play a key role in a major strategic initiative to expand the internal development team and reduce reliance on outside consultants.

Most importantly, you’ll have the opportunity to work on a true greenfield project—designing and building a modern application from the ground up and shaping the technical direction for years to come.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (required).
• 3–6 years of professional experience developing enterprise applications using C#, .NET Core/6+, and React.
• Strong understanding of microservice architecture, RESTful API design, and asynchronous processing.
• Experience with SQL Server or other relational databases.
• Familiarity with cloud environments such as Azure or AWS preferred.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented design principles, unit testing, and agile development methodologies.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills, communication, and attention to detail.
