We’re seeking an experienced Software Engineer to join a global Developer Experience team focused on building and improving the tools, infrastructure, and automation that power the entire software development lifecycle. In this role, you’ll design and maintain scalable build systems, CI/CD pipelines, and development environments that enable engineers to work faster and more efficiently across multiple regions. You’ll develop tools that streamline local development and testing, automate deployment processes for continuous delivery, and explore AI‑assisted technologies to enhance productivity.

Collaborating closely with engineering teams, you’ll identify workflow friction points, define meaningful metrics, and implement solutions that elevate speed, simplicity, and overall developer experience.

• Minimum of 3 years of professional software engineering experience
• Experience designing and optimizing containerized build workflows using tools such as Docker, Bazel, CMake, Ninja, or Poetry
• Skilled in building CI workflows on platforms like Git Hub Actions or Jenkins to provide fast, reliable feedback and automate tasks
• Strong coding fundamentals with experience in both scripting and compiled languages, focused on writing scalable, high‑quality software
• Deep understanding of the end‑to‑end software development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment
• Passionate about improving developer experience, with a proven track record of driving productivity improvements through tooling and automation
