Full Stack Developer, Cloud Engineer - Software
Akkodis is seeking a Java Full Stack developer for a Contract with a client in Chicago, IL(Hybrid). Candidates must have strong hands‑on experience with Azure Dev Ops, CI/CD pipelines, and modern front‑end technologies.
Rate Range: $53/hour to $56/hour;
The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
- Develop and maintain full-stack applications using React
JS for the front end and Java with Spring Boot for the back end. - Design and implement microservices architecture, ensuring scalability and performance across distributed systems.
- Integrate REST APIs and manage event‑driven systems using technologies like Apache Kafka and JMS.
- Deploy applications using CI/CD pipelines with tools such as Azure Dev Ops, Jenkins, and Concourse.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to perform code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure adherence to ITIL processes.
- Continuously improve application performance and reliability, leveraging Dev Ops practices and cloud platforms like Azure.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in full‑stack development using Java and React
JS. - Strong expertise in building microservices with Spring Boot and integrating REST APIs.
- Hands‑on experience with CI/CD tools and cloud platforms, preferably Azure, along with Dev Ops automation skills.

Pay Details: $53.00 to $56.00 per hour
